Trip & Event Policy

The following policy is provided for your review. Please be sure you have read and understood this information before submitting your permission slips.

Registrations: Permission slips and payment are due at least seven days prior to the event, unless otherwise stated on the permission slip. Please note that events may fill before the published deadline. Payment is non-refundable after the registration deadline (or earlier as specified on the permission slip).

Departures & Pick Ups: For the safety of your child, all participants on trips must depart and return from the designated location (typically St. Peter Chanel). Drop off and pick up at the destination of the event is not permitted. We appreciate your support as we do our best to keep your children safe.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Religious Education office prior to the registration deadline, unless otherwise stated on the permission slip. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event, less a $15 processing fee, provided the cancelled spot can be filled. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to the event, and full refunds will be issued.
